I broadly follow Page and Wosket's Cyclical Model of Supervision, but also draw on other approaches. In this area of my professional work, I endeavour to create a positive working alliance with counsellors, promoting their autonomy, valuing their creativity and respecting the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.
